Working on a busy IT help desks your daily duties would include: 1) Take support calls from clients and inputting these in to our ticketing system ready to be assigned to engineers. 2) Raising support ticket and progressing to fixing issues as you learn the skills. 3) Manage office 365 requests like new user setups, calendar permissions. 4) Perform first-line fixes where possible. This tends to be password resets, software updates and new user setups. 5) Liaise with senior engineers You will also be helping setup new equipment for clients. Setting up laptops, tablets and PC's.
