About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Apprentice to support and grow our digital presence. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone eager to gain real-world experience across content creation, social media, website management, and brand storytelling.

You will play a key role in shaping how we communicate with our audience, working across multiple platforms and formats including web, social, email, and multimedia.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Management

- Complete and maintain the company website, including content updates and imagery

- Regularly update and enhance product/service pages

- Support the ongoing development of a Wix-based e-commerce platform

Content Creation & Blogging

- Launch and maintain the company blog with relevant, engaging content

- Write and publish case studies based on completed client projects

- Assist with creating product brochures and email campaigns (e-shots)

Social Media Management

- Plan and schedule up to 5 posts per week across 2 social media accounts

- Ensure content is strategic and aligned with:

- Current client projects

- Industry events and awards

- Seasonal trends

- Brand tone and personality

- Monitor engagement and suggest improvements

Podcast Development

- Support the launch of a company podcast series

- Coordinate and assist with producing an initial series of ~7 interviews with key industry figures

E-commerce Support

- Maintain and update products/services on the Wix platform

- Ensure listings are accurate, engaging, and up to date

On-Site Content Creation

- Visit client sites weekly to capture content

- Take basic but high-quality photos suitable for social media and marketing materials

- Gather insights and material for case studies
