Key Responsibilities - Create and manage user accounts within Active Directory and Microsoft 365, including permissions and service access - Provide first- and second-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (wired and wireless) - Install, configure, and maintain end-user devices including laptops, desktops, iPads, and peripherals - Image, deploy, and rebuild machines as required - Support and maintain network infrastructure, including assisting with installation of network hardware and troubleshooting connectivity issues - Monitor backup systems, check logs, and resolve errors where possible - Set up and support AV equipment such as projectors, interactive displays, sound systems, and monitors - Assist with installation and replacement of ICT equipment including interactive TVs and classroom technology - Manage and support mobile device management (MDM) solutions for iPads and other devices - Maintain booking systems for shared ICT resources such as iPads, cameras, and accessories - Deliver, collect, and deploy ICT equipment across the organisation - Administer access to shared resources, including SharePoint and third-party applications - Provide telephone and remote support for a variety of technical issues - Create and update user guides and training materials for ICT systems and services - Maintain accurate ICT asset registers and inventory records - Assist with rollout, and testing of new hardware and software - Perform diagnostic testing, routine maintenance, and cleaning of ICT equipment - Support print management systems, including maintenance of printers and consumables - Assist in managing digital signage and information display systems - Remote and in-person support for all other schools in the trust Wider School Contribution:
