Main roles and responsibilities but not limited to; Workshop Administration - Setting up Laptops and Desktops following a Build Sheet. - Testing new client equipment is working. - Removing and replacing parts from Laptops and Desktops. - Keeping the workshop and associated areas clean and tidy. Team and Project Support - Assisting with Onsite Hardware Installations. - Supporting Office Move and Migration Projects. - Data Cable, trunking and rack installs. - Research of new technologies. - Some onsite visits or nights away may be required from time to time as part of this role. Helpdesk Support and Administration - Answering Helpdesk calls and logging support tickets. - Assisting with troubleshooting issues. - Administration of tickets and configurations in our database. - Recording events and problems ensuring ticket has all details and updates. - Directing unresolved issues to the next level of support.
