As an Apprentice Support Worker, you will work as part of the care team to support the people we care for in their everyday lives. This may include helping with daily routines, meals, appointments, social activities, community access and developing independent living skills such as budgeting, cooking and self-care.

You will learn how to provide safe, respectful and person-centred support, while promoting choice, dignity, wellbeing and independence. The role also involves communicating with families, colleagues and external professionals, attending training and meetings, and keeping accurate records.

This apprenticeship is an important part of the organisation's care service, helping ensure each person receives consistent, compassionate and high-quality support based on their individual needs.
