As a Front of House Apprentice at The Food of Love, you will be working towards the Production Food and Beverage Level 2 Apprenticeship, alongside your daily roles and responsiblities, over the duration of 15 months.

Roles and Responsiblities;

- Prepare coffees and cold beverages to a high standard

- Greet customers

- Take orders, deliver food and clear tables efficiently

- Communicate with all team members

- Maintain hygiene levels and safety regulations in the kitchen to help to guarantee the safety of our team and visitors

Summer periods (peak time) can be extremely busy, which may be overwhelming at times. It can also be hot inside when weather is particularly hot outside, which can be uncomfortable, but this is quite rare.
