Duties:

- Provide great customer service managing calls and emails in relation to the technology solutions we deliver such as Internet, Voice, Mobile and IT services.

- Assist in provisioning these solutions.

- Utilise effective phone and email etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions.

- Analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations.

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their satisfaction and understanding.
